The use of electronic Application Forms (eAF) is mandatory for the Centralised Procedure from 1 July 2015. The eAFs must be used for all Human and Veterinary applications : authorisations, variations and renewals. The latest eAFs are available from the esubmissions webpages of the EMA (Link).
