The Austrian Authority has published on the BASG/AGES website a list of 'functional' email addresses (shared inboxes allocated by category of enquiry). Applicants/MAHs are advised to use these mailboxes rather than personal contact details in order to ensure that their queries are dealt with in a timely fashion.
