Updated VNeeS guideline and validation checklist published

The EMA has released v2.5 of the VNeeS guideline and validation checklist, which come into force in June 2017 (Link). As the rules for technical validation have not changed, the VNeeS checker validation tool (v2.4b) is unchanged.
