‘The new veterinary medicines regulation: What we know and what we don't’ was written by one of Cyton’s Managing Directors, Dr. Karolina Bate. The article was written in response to the official publication in January by the European Commission of Regulation (EU) 2019/6 - the new veterinary regulation. This article provides a helpful summary of what impacts can be foreseen immediately through interpretation of the Regulation’s text, and where the nature of the changes to come are yet to be fully defined (in the case of Delegated Acts and Implementing Acts).
