The recently implemented new Act on the Registration and Evaluation of Chemicals (“K-REACh”), includes the option for non-Korean companies to appoint an “Only Representative (OR)” to take care of the regulatory duties (e.g. dossier preparation and submission, classification and labeling) for chemicals which are going to be imported into the South-Korean market.
