The EMA has updated the user interface for their Gateway / Web Client. Whereas submissions made via this route previously required use of specific filenaming conventions to create metadata, the new user interface can generate XML files. Submissions incorporating XML delivery files are to be phased in for both the human and veterinary sectors, to replace the system of filenames.
