knoell is pleased to announce the integration of Critical Path Services, LLC (CPS), a contract research organization that offers GLP-compliant laboratory analysis, analytical consulting, technical writing, and dossier services to the regulated scientific industry. In 2013, CPS began offering regulatory services from its new office in Research Triangle Park, NC. Dr. Julie Eble, President and Founder of CPS, expounded on her company becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of knoell. “CPS and knoell not only complement each other with our service offerings, we also share the same core values—integrity, flexibility, and passion for excellence—it’s not a good fit, it’s a great fit.” Dr. Hans Knoell, Managing Director of knoell, concurred, “knoell has been eager to expand its operations in the US. CPS, with its agrochemical, pharmaceutical, and chemical clients, as well as its skilled and dedicated staff, offered just the synergy we were looking for.”
Both Eble and Knoell are energized about the integration.
