CMDv editorial board: scope of responsibilities defined

The CMDv Editorial Board is to help develop certain draft documents before circulation to the CMDv, in order to increase efficiency.  The list of document types to be reviewed by the Editorial Board, and an outline of the review process, are set out in this notification (Link).
