Austria industry information day and update on VNeeS implementation

In its most recent e-news, BASG notifies that new national applications have to follow VNeeS format starting from 1^st January 2018 (Link). Variation and renewal applications will need to be submitted exclusively in VNeeS format from 1^st January 2019.

If the conversion to these formats is felt to represent an undue burden for applicants, there will be the possibility to request an exception to the obligation to submit in VNeeS, which needs to be duly justified to BASG by presenting appropriate documents.

Also note that BASG will hold an open day on 8^th November to discuss developments in the regulation of VMPs (Link).
