On 12th February 2010, Cyton Biosciences Ltd and its parent company, Gosmore Ltd, were acquired by DR. KNOELL CONSULT GmbH of Mannheim, Germany, and have thus joined the KNOELL Group of companies.
As part of its business expansion plan, DR. KNOELL CONSULT GmbH carefully selected Cyton Biosciences Ltd in its search for a knowledge-based consultancy company located in the United Kingdom. Cyton Biosciences Ltd joins a group of companies that are dedicated to providing scientific and regulatory consulting services of the highest quality to the international pharmaceutical, agrochemical and chemical industries. Cyton’s extensive expertise in the field of the regulation of pharmaceutical products in Europe, being focussed particularly on veterinary pharmaceuticals, is entirely complementary to the range of services already offered by the KNOELL Group of companies.
DR. KNOELL CONSULT GmbH will maintain Cyton Biosciences Ltd as an operating company based in Bristol, United Kingdom and the company’s clients are assured of the continuing high quality service that they have come to expect from Cyton over the last twelve years since it was founded. The new directors of the company are Dr Hans-Emil Knoell, Edith Kurzmeier and Jackie Cook. Dr Ray Harding, founder and former Managing Director of Cyton, will remain working in the company in the role of consultant.
